Software Agreement

Commercial software is available to staff and students under negotiated licenses.

 

Introduction

JCU has a number of campus-wide Software contractual agreements with a range of vendors. These Agreements enable the University to provide a broad range of Software products to JCU staff and/or students. Each of these Agreements has its own Terms & Conditions that define how we can distribute these Software products and to whom they can be distributed.

Microsoft Office - O365

Microsoft Office is now available for all Staff, Student for download. Accessing O365 is simple, login to www.office.com with your JCU email address and password and select 'Install Office 2019' from the button on the top right of the screen. For instructions click here.

MatLAB

MatLab is available to Singapore staff and students under JCU's agreement with Mathworks. The document on registration and usage is available for reference below.
